Lake Middle School serves students in sixth through eighth grades and is part of South Washington County Schools. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to support all students in leadership, academics, kindness
and excellence.
Each grade is divided into "houses" with one group of students working with one group of teachers throughout the school year. These teachers work as a team and meet daily to help every student succeed. School staff members also provide encouragement and support to each student so they may develop into individuals who make a difference in their local and global communities.
Technology is an important part of learning at Lake Middle School. Each student has access to personalized online learning software.
Lake Middle School is committed to providing opportunities for all students both inside and outside of the classroom setting. There are many extracurricular and leadership opportunities including athletics, music, theater, robotics and service-learning clubs. All students are encouraged to explore their interests, participate and become involved in their school.
