Tri 2.1 VIRTUAL Parent/Teacher Conferences
Posted on 12/18/2020

Trimester 2.1 will end Friday, January 24th.
Trimester 2.1 Parent/Teacher Virtual Conferences are being held on:

Tuesday, January 5th from 3:30-5:00pm, via Webex

Thursday, January 7th from 3:30-5:00pm, via Webex

Trimester 2.1 Parent/Teacher Conferences will be VIRTUAL and by appointment only.

We are using PTCFast to facilitate scheduling of Webex virtual conferences for our Trimester 2.1 parent/teacher conferences. If you are already familiar with this system from our sister schools at the elementary and high school level, simply CLICK here to book your conferences.

Each appointment slot is 7 minutes long. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY FOR CURRENT 2.1 classes/students - you will have the opportunity to meet with your Trimester 2.2 teachers during Trimester 2.2's parent/teacher conferences (as we will be replicating this process for each "hexmester" for the remainder of the school year!

If you are unfamiliar with PTCFast, a more complete explanation on how to register & signup is available here.

With needing to host conferences in this format, each conference is consequently shorter than usual. Accordingly, you may find that the teacher with whom you wish to speak to has already been booked up. If this is the case, please reach out to that teacher over email to arrange a phone conference for another time. Staff contact information can be found here.

Please note that conferences are optional. If your child is progressing and performing successfully, there is no need for a conference. However, if you have specific concerns or questions regarding your child, we encourage you to sign-up for a conference and/or reach out to a staff member by email or phone.

**Support staff including special education, school psychologists, counselors, speech, EL, gifted and talented, etc. will also be available during our conference dates.

If you need an interpreter for your conference, please contact your student’s counselor:
